How Much To Donate To Mod Creators?

Hey Guys,
I am new to VB and I love a lot of these hacks/products/plugins. I know I can't code and I know some of these guys/gals that create them spend a lot of time on and off the site creating them and supporting them for free none the less.

I like to reward people for thier hard work and don't mind donation to the cause.

How much do you usually donate?

There is no simple answer to this. You should see a donation as a sign of appreciation for the work the coder has done.

The amount is totally up to you, and would depend on how much you can spare, and how much this modification mean to your board.

Mostly a $5 donation as a sign of appreciation is just as much welcomed as a higher amount.

The donation would vary considerably according to how elaborate the hack is and how complex it was for someone to develop, code, and test the hack. The main factor in how much someone is willing or able to contribute to support these efforts and/or to show their appreciation for the work put into a hack also depends on each person's means.

LOL, I have to agree.
If that number, "99%", was lower there would be more modifications available.
