Need to know where this query is ran

Okay the above query is broken. I know how to fix it I just need to know what file it would be in. See many moons ago I installed a modification of some kind, by someone, somewhere. This query gets ran when you try to rename a thread. I just need to know what file it is in so I can fix it. Does anyone have any ideas?
