This mod only enters a new user note when a user requests to join a public joinable user group. It will show what group they requested and when.

That's all.

As far as adding a note if they are approved, that's my other hack available here.

I don't have any plugin for denials yet for download, but I'm testing it.

However, this will show the amount of times a user has requested to join a particular user group.
