While keeping it very simple and default, it is nice and lite (I hate graphic heavy styles). It also matches your main site perfectly.

I would consider maybe going to fixed width to continue the flow from your frontpage into your forums, and use you hader from your frontpage for your forums logo.

Finally, I would add a <br /> below your welcome headers and remove one from above it, as they sit a liitle low and are resting on the new thread/new reply buttons in forums/threads respectively.
