Don't know much about Unions eah? This would only work for vB employees, not product owners. And how exactly were you planning on going "on strike" - by not using their product (which you already paid for)?

You would be better off starting something like a buyers group, where your members could buy the product at reduced (quanity) pricing and have extras included that vB doesn't offer their customers.
