which vBulletin-Version are you using ?
BTW just checked your Site, you are using very old ibProArcade v2.5.3+ => upgrade to v2.5.6+ !

2) currently there is no implementation for UserProfile

3) I saw this on several sites I supported ibProArcade on, but don't looked how they did it. I hope somebody answer here for me
