Stabilized meaning less debate or more organized? Also, no need to take out all of the staff now. How about just doing it for future staff? Someone nominates someone, the person who's nominated can give a speech as to why he or she will be good for the job? In the end, the staff effects the community more than other staff members, does it not? Also, thanks for the consideration
