Actually, you need WEBMASTER@yourdomain and it cannot be a publicly obtainable e-mail account. Sorry you feel that way, Loco, but that was put in place due to events that led to my having to take it down last time.
al7forums, your FTP client should be able to do the permissions changes. How you do it depends on the package you use. You should be able to right-click on what you want to change and select Change Permissions, Permissions, CHMOD, or something similar. If not, you will need to go over your help file or let us know here what you are using to help.
