AHHHHH!!!!! Thanks, let me look into this.

Update:

I went to the Category and made certain that Forum Active was set to NO. In () it says the forum will act as a category if set to "no".

I went ahead and added the test account as a moderator to that category and set it so he can't see IP's.

I then went to see what he sees. It appears that he is still a registered member for all the sections under that category with no moderator powers.

I then made him moderator of the 1st forum there with no ip privilages, thinking maybe you had to set him up with at least one forum under that category. He still only has mod powers in that one forum despite being assigned to the category. What am I missing?
