Jaymee, notice the extension of your games,
Example: game.zip game.tar

Upload them to the proper directory using your ftp client,
Example:
http://www.yoursite.com/forum/arcade/tar/
http://www.yoursite.com/arcade/tar/

or

http://www.yoursite.com/forum/arcade/zip/
http://www.yoursite.com/arcade/zip/

Note:
.tar games go in the tar folder directory, and .zip games go into the zip folder directory.

Once you have them uploaded to the proper directories, go into your AdminCP,

Example:
AdminCP/Arcade/Add Game

Scroll down and you will see a list of all the games you uploaded. Beside each game you will see an option to click 'Install' Once you click 'Install', the game will automatically install into your arcade.

Note:
You do not have to unzip the games before uploading them. Just upload the zipped games, then follow by going to Add Games and click install beside each game.
