All the above feeds will be available to you in the following method.
I have successfully finished testing on my own website but i need time to design the output pages ( which am really lousy in my design taste)
The final release will be in such way: ability to choose which feeds you wish to download in a config file from the above feeds ( default is all)
Feeds will be allowed to be downloaded on 30 minutes intervals per IP
(the feeds on my web will be updated at that much time so will be useless to hammer my website)
Feeds will be inserted in your DB and output will be from your DB too, which will help lessen both load on my and users servers.
Cron jobs will be necessary to automate rss downloads.

Requirements you will need to use my final release : fopen, fread,fwrite

I hope ill be able to finish soon, but i havent touched any design yet and all test i made are clear php files with not even tables nor fields design !
