King of the Arcade = most high scores of all time.

"Best score of all time" means the best score ever made in the relevant game.

Maybe you have auto prune enabled, so the scores are being pruned. That's why the best score of all time can be better than the actual high score. If it's lower than the current high score (I've had that few times in some games), just run the "update best scores of all time" from AdminCP.
