Greetings,
Our company has version 3.03 of vbulletin and what I am trying to accomplish is make a bread crumb trail of where users go on our site.

I want to insert some javascript code that tracks what forumn they
visit, as well as who has visited and how many times they've visited, unique visitor counts, etc.

I have all the javascript worked out. Its been tested and works great on our main site.

When I implemented the code in the forum display file it of course, crashed and burned because I had it writing javascript content to the stream and it had already proccessed the cookie and header etc. Its a fairly typical error with redirects and writing text out to the stream

With that said, what I am looking for is a plugin or a way to add a few lines of javascript code that can be called whenever the user performs an action - most importantly when they go from forumn to forumn but if i can track other stuff such as searching etc, all the better.

Is there such a plugin that can accomplish this or do i need to look for another type of solution in the forumn?

I also have to wonder if we need to upgrade to version 3.5.4 and how our proposed modifications would be impacted on future upgrades
