Dont try to remove it.. Ive uninstalled this hack and I get permanent db errors now

Database error in vBulletin 3.5.4:

Invalid SQL:

AND thread_tag.user_id = 1043;

MySQL Error : Table 'thread_tag' doesn't exist Error Number : 1146

I would appreciate any help with that.
