I would like a Mod which does this:

When a person posts a new thread in a certain forums it will add that thread name and a link to a box on the top of the forum homepage only viewable by certain usergroups. The usergroup that can see the box then have to reply to the post with what the person wants. The person once he gets what he wants can press a button near the edit button on his first post saying the request has been completed and then it posts a not just above the first post saying that and closes the topic.

It’s for a graphics request forum if you need to get the gist of what it’s about.

It would be really helpful if someone could make this and I am sure it will be helpful to a lot more people than just me.

Edit: Kind of like a things to do box at the top of the forum homepage....
