That's what it appears to be, if it was installed as a product/plugin I would disable it in your plugin system then see if you still have the problem. If it was manually installed you may need to back out using the same steps you did when installing.

You may want to first ask about this issue in either the ucash/ushop or vbux thread, which ever one you are using.
