anyone know what's up with this error?

I have done what it isay 2 or 3 times and same issue. I looked at the debug in admincp and it shows the installed version as 1.5 in the vb options area. I tried to change it to 1.5.5, but it won't save. I am having the same issue with iTrader as well. I am still on 3.5.1, maybe there was some sort of fix done for the settings table?
