With this beautiful weather, it is very hard to stay focused on any sites or work right now, just gotta get outside enjoy the sun and run!

I love the warm weather and the feel of being in-shape and tan for those ladies.

Yes, I do run for my school's 4x8 team... Right now we have 2 meets left and last meet had our season pr of 8:23.
