This isn't an issue anymore and a response is no longer required. That code is being removed from any and all modifications persuant to a new rule the staff have implemented. This discussion has been going on for several days in another thread and the rule was implemented and those modifications and authors have been addressed. (So you posted this after the issue was already being worked on.)
