I don't think you have anything to be sorry about. That said, Your best course of action is to take what people have said and implement some of the changes people have kindly suggested. I know my brief preview was constructive (and reviewed from a graphical perspective). 90% of the graphics which have been applied on your forum have been saved out incorrectly (which I stated) and with a mixture of custom made and default graphics being applied on your forum it's only promoting inconsistency.
