To my knowledge there is no importer available for MSN groups, due to the fact that it is not possible to access the database.

You might want to ask your question in the Pre-Sales section of www.vbulletin.com/forum where you might get a better response from the authors of the official vBulletin import product.

All our licensed members (ie. owners of a valid vBulletin license) have permission to post in our Service Request forum to request paid custom work.
