Oh, well if that's your concern, here's a newly released hack that improves upon the same idea: Quote Post in PM

The "Send a Private Message to XXXXX" menu option remains with this new hack installed, Paul M. You retain that option if your PM isn't related to the post.

What this hack does is add another option, which allows for private replies to be sent, with the original post being quoted in the PM. It'll be updated soon to include a link back to the original post, effectively replacing the utility of Andreas' original hack. It makes it very easy to take certain questions and private conversations to PM, which makes forums a more comfortable place to interact.
