Please try doing a fake update to your mail address. Make 100% sure that it is the same as listed in your support mails, mind that it is case-sensitive. Give it an hour to update the status.
If it don't work after 1 hour, please contact vBulletin support since vBulletin.com/Jelsoft control the license database, and vB.org staff can not check why it is not working as expected.
