Is it possible to have different images for the sub forums? Currently all i have is this for an old post and this for a new post:

NEW Post images

No new post image:

I have football club forums so i would like to have the football teams crests as the image instead of this. But each club sub forum would have the clubs logo next to it.

I think this would make my forum look amazing, any help how to do this would be much appreciated. I'm sure it can be done using conditionals but i'm unsure how to do this.
