Hello, I've been thinking of relaunching a new site and was wondering a couple of things before I do it, I would greatly appreciate any advice!

I want to use the vB in the root folder and change index.php to forum.php so that i could make a community without using vbadvanced or anyother ones. Is that possible?

I also wanted to purchase photopost and do something similar, but instead of index.php to gallery.php or something similar to that.

I know there are hacks to use the vblogin on non vb pages which is great, and exactly what I will be using. I was just wondering if that was possible.
