You are of course correct, and I've got to say that looks very good.
It's beyond my limited skills to do something quite that sophisticated though, so for now I've stuck with the double navbar. It's a bit cluttered but doesn't seem to cause TOO many problems.

I tried that. Maybe it's my site, but I found that as soon as something was in a drop down menu, nobody clicked on it.
I have the same issue with pagination. I have to have all my arcade games on the same page, if I try to paginate it nobody ever plays any of the games on page 2 etc.
Probably a psychological thing.
