How can I disable replying to threads within a specific forum. I want to allow people to create a thread that only the creator and moderators can edit and nobody can reply to.

Did the following but the reply box is still there. The permissions to reply are gone but you still get the reply box. How can I get ride of the reply box in a specific thread?

Can Reply to Own Threads = No
Can Reply to Others' Threads = No
