If I have a poll running for unregistered users, it would be good to track the IP address. Just like its done when an unregistered user makes a post.

We can save the IP address as the "name" field in the poll_votes table (it currentlly writes a 0 to that field if its an unregistered user).

OR

Is there a mod to allow prevent multiple votes by use of cookies + IP?
I know theres a mod for this in phpbb, so was wondering if vB has something similar.

Any help or pointers would be appreciated. Thanks.
