Ok, this is what i'm having issues with.

1. FIXED
2. FIXED
3. I dont have any email notifications going out.
4. I had an older board that resized ALL pictures to 800x600 or a specified size, if they were OVER that specified size, I need this again for 3.5.4

I'm going to keep working on these, so if i fix it, i'll update this.
