what did you want to do on their account? there is a hack to post and send pm's on behalf on other members - Post By Proxy, and there was one to read member's PMs, but I don't have that link...

Actually logging on as someone else tho, they may get a little sus if your using the cookie based system, as their new posts will disappear if you've been online, as well as things well people saying 'I saw you on last week', etc
