looks awesome, I really wanna install this, but...

The folder layout is really confusing...

Usually folders are outlined:
skin_name_version
XML
readme
upload
skin_name
images_dir
images
other_dir [if appliciable]
content

so all you have to do if upload the skin_name folder in upload because it maintains directory, and import the XML. but with this style you've got images out of directories, the PSD & XML in the same directory...

Could you either re-organise the folders in the conventional manner, or add detailed instructions on where files have to go, and what has to go where...
