At the moment all the modules use the adv_portal_module_shell template which we have customised to suit the style of our site.
What we would like to do is create a few different versions of the adv_portal_module_shell template which are slightly different, that we can use only on certian modules.
I have duplicated the adv_portal_module_shell template and renamed it adv_portal_module_shell template_2.
Now how do i force a module to use that template?
NB: I can see there is the option to toggle wether a module uses the generic template:
Quote:
Use Module Shell Template
This option will display the output of this Module within your 'adv_portal_module_shell' template.

..but i was expecting there to be a text box that would allow me state which module template to use.
Am i missing something obvious here?
Any help greatly appreciated
I've seen this response from Brian in another thread..

Your best bet would probably be to turn off the 'Use Module Shell Template' for those modules, then edit the templates for each and add the <table> and </table> tags

Where the person was askin how to have different colours headers on a per module basis.
Is this the only way!? What would make sense is being able to assign the shell template each module uses? Wouldnt it?
I've still not managed to find an answer for this...
Any one got any idea's?
