There is some product action sheet for people to send a pm with the person's information. I forget the link to the url, but its here, search for posts by ChurchMedia here I think.

But for doing like an item store, it sounds to me like it would require a custom action script. Which anyone is free to make custom action scripts for vbPlaza, in fact if they do make them, they can add them onto vbPlaza by making it an add on for vbPlaza and the link will show up in the vbplaza download thread.
