Anyone Run Track, XC, or just run for fun or fitness?
I just wanted to know how many of you web people actually do some running and fitness stuff outside of all the web work.
I personally run quite a bit, I am in mid-season shape for the track team that I am on and am currently running at 2:07 for 800m and 54.4 for the 400m.
What do you run and why do you do it? To get in shape, or just for fun?
