• You've got a double log-in on the front page.
• The skin looks just like the Smooth Blue from here.
• You upper bar on the top right has all sorts of fonts and formatting to it, doesn't look so hot.
• There is no link to the forums that I could find on the front page.
• You have an image gallery block on the front page, but not the forums.
• The Media section has no left side.
• The Arcade and Blog links are shown, but not accessible to unregistered users.
• The Chat link goes to the gallery.

On my site, any links that aren't accessible to whatever user group are either hidden, or, redirect them to the registration page. As far as the other stuff, well, it takes time.
