vb.org Archive - View Single Post - Plugin: First post as a permanent header of a thread

I would like to create threads with the option of selecting the first post as a header of the thread. So when you change from one page to another the first post remain visible.
Maybe there is an existing plugin but I couldnt find it.
Any help?
