Just a request

Can the top of the thread be updated with template edits each time for e.g

****example only****
1.5.1 - no template edits form 1.5.0
1.5.2 - no template edits from 1.5.1
1.5.3 - template x was updated
1.5.4 - no template edits from 1.5.3

This way if I had version 1.5.2 I would know if i need to do any template edits and which ones when i go to do an upgrade for 1.5.5 as an example
