yes.

temporary solution:
i have added the forumid to $limitfids (hook forum_complete).

Code:

fetch_permissions($forum['forumid']);

$limitfids = "1,2";

// ## HIDE FORUMS WITHOUT THE CANVIEW PERMISSION ##

threads with this forumid will not show up on latest threads (unfortunately for all usergroups!).
