I have a lot of attachments on my site. How would I change the following display in each forum?

FROM:
Bewitched 1.mpg (2.72 MB, 1 views)
Bewitched 2.mpg (2.79 MB, 1 views)
Bewitched 3.mpg (2.65 MB, 4 views)
Bewitched 4.mpg (2.70 MB, 8 views)

TO:
Bewitched 1.mpg (2.72 MB, downloaded 1 times)
Bewitched 2.mpg (2.79 MB, downloaded 1 times)
Bewitched 3.mpg (2.65 MB, downloaded 4 times)
Bewitched 4.mpg (2.70 MB, downloaded 8 times)

What template would I change for this?

I would love to add some stats like the length of each video clip in a time format (i.e. Time: 1:20) or perhaps display the name of who last downloaded the attachment.
