Have you confirmed/checked, there are no problems with your site/domain ?
Use www.dnsreport.com and www.dnsstuff.com and post with results if you encounter some failures.

thanks very much for your reply. those 2 sites are very useful. on the other hand, I am so sure that both DNS and domain/site/server are ok. the existing symptom is high latency from user-end to server. I am going to complain to my ISP on this and of course I need to show them some test records on network perfomance.
