"statistics - top 5" ==== this is useless and shit. on most forums, it's always got the same members. drop it.

- get rid of all the moving text, especially in the title.
- get rid of the random arcade games box, or at least clean the code and cut down the queries to not display so much info about each arcade game - no one (member or guest) gives a crap about any of that info.
- popular keywords and tags - useless. it doesn't make sense what they are, and i wouldn't use them personally if i was a member.
- the actual forum listing's tables are ++++ed.. all the widths are wrong sizes, needs a lot of fixing.
- go change the settings for Vb - make sure the views for threads are only updated every 'x' hours.
