i have a problem

the email side is working but i have a small sized thread of 4 pages with a few replies but the users aren't recieving the PMs.

I've tested it with one other thread and a test user and they get mail and PM but this other thread just doesn't play ball

. Both threads are in the same forum for starters and started by the same user.

Thread 1 has 1 reply from the tester.
Thread 2 has lots of replys from users in the same user groups and a reply from tester.

THREAD 1 - PM & EMAIL goes to tester fine.
THREAD 2 - EMAIL goest to tester PM never arrives.

Don't know why its not doing this, any ideas?
