yea, how do i get vb to use domains?

I just now started noticing this issue. any link you click takes you to the IP address and dir of where vb is being hosted instead of the domain.

say your domain is bob.com. and youf forums are bob.com/forums/

well you go there and it works. now you click on ANY link in the forums and it redirects you to (example) 0.0.0.0/forum/page that you clicked.php (0's are used as an example)

now the domain is set in URL settings and what not. I see no reason for vB to be doing this and it is a real annoyance.
