how exactly do I make things dependant on this? I was looking through the 'shop' and see things like 5m points for sig use. But user can already use a sig. Hopw do I disable these features untill they purchase them via the store?

also trying to ready all 200 pages.... difficult O_O I couldnt find anything touching up on the arcade portion of the hack? I may have missed it though.
