I'm trying to create a hack where an Admin from the ACP can enter the username, realname and reason to notice a of a top user in a catagory and it will appear in the template....I have no experience with coding...as anyone who views the attached can attest to....but i'd really like to release my first hack...I just need to know what i'm doing and i'm willing to learn from whoever knows better.....

I used other xml files as templates for what I did....its how I got as far as I did on my own....any help is appreciated!
