One suggestion on the bank robbery thing. What happens when you get busted for robbing a bank in real life? You have to do the time. If you try to rob the bank and fail, you shouldn't be allowed to earn/spend points for seven days, or any number that would be settable via the admincp. I agree it should be a very low chance of it happening, but the penalty needs to be stiffer than the theif penalties.
