This doesn't look good. Several months and no responses, should I assume that this can't be done?

I also have a forum that I'm converting to vBulletin. It is a small professional forum and everyone is required to use their real names in signatures, etc. So I was really hoping there would be a way to address them by their first names in mass emails.
