OK, so I downloaded the Arcade, installed it, great, no problems works great!
I downloaded the vbux/vplaza and installed it, great, very easy to understand, the only problem I'm having is that when I click on the vstore link on the menu bar on my homepage, it tells me "Your usergroup does not have permission to purchase vbPlaza Options."
I have checked everything on permissions and made sure it was turned on, but can't seem to find anything else. Any ideas that may be able to help me?
