i have the right vbuleltin version but i get this error

Parse error: parse error, unexpected T_CONSTANT_ENCAPSED_STRING in /home/exist/public_html/ride/includes/functions.php on line 2018

i re-uploaded a backup of functions.php and the site wprked again, so i edited the file again and everything it asked me to find i found and replaced what it asked me to, i dont understand why its not working.
