I'm looking for someone to write a hack that would do exactly what this site does.

http://www.defenselink.mil/specials/ribbons/Army1.html

After the user selects their awards it creates the "rack" and shows it in the postbit, so that it looks something like the attached image.

It would also need an option to select (for future awards earned)/deselect (in case the wrong award was selected) awards in the user cp.

Any takers?
